Kreston HM, a partnership firm, is a professional service firm having it’s headquarters in Kampala and a branch in Jinja Town, Uganda. We are available locally with international affiliation.
The firm provides Audit, Tax, Accounting and Advisory services and industry insights to help organizations manage risk and performance in the dynamic and challenging environments in which they do business.
Kreston HM is a Certified member of Kreston Global representing the Uganda office.
Short Background
Erstwhile the firm Hitesh M Mehta & Co was formed in Septmeber 2005 and was also successfully enrolled as a member of ICPAU (Institute of Certified Public Accountants Uganda) in November 2005. In 2015 Hitesh M Mehta & Co was incorporated as partnership firm as Santa Fe Associates, which then transformed into Kreston HM in January 2023.

CPA Hitesh M Mehta – Managing Partner – is B.Com, FCA, and CPA (U) graduate.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant of November 1999 Batch from India and CPA(U) of 2005 Batch, CPA Hitesh M. Mehta has more than 20 years of experience in Handling Auditing, Accounting, Tax matters, and overall business consultancy work.
He has vast experience in handling Professional CPA firm and in spearheading professional consultancy related to clients’ various tax and business re-organization consultancy matters.
He has been a very active member of various committees of ICPAU. He has been a member of the Sub Committee of ICPAU. Currently, he has been a member of the subcommittee of the India Business Forum as Tax Expert. Handling Tax matters and counseling clients on rightful compliance with various Local tax laws has been his main strength and foray.
